The problem of mesh clogging in the papermaking net will greatly affect the production efficiency of the papermaking machine. Therefore, it is necessary to determine the cleaning plan for the polyester net in the production of the papermaking machine, as well as the nature of the dirt that clogs the mesh, so as to facilitate the normal production and operation of the papermaking machine production line.

The paper machine clothing can be cleaned by acid and alkali washing, pressure water washing, steam blowing, and organic solvent washing. Different cleaning methods have different usage methods.

* For low-speed papermaking machines, low-pressure water and auxiliary high-pressure water washing methods can be used for cleaning.

* It can also be determined according to the speed of the paper machine to determine whether the polyester mesh of the paper machine should be washed with pressure water.

In order to better clean the paper machine clothing and achieve better results, at least two low-pressure water spray pipes are required for cleaning, and a hand-held high-pressure water gun is used to thoroughly clean the mesh to achieve the best results.
